今天上午,记者从多家银行了解到,目前市面上有三种银行卡,只有磁条的纯磁条卡、只带芯片的金融IC卡、磁条和芯片都有的复合卡,而此次银行将关闭使用的是芯片磁条复合卡的磁条交易,也就是以后这种复合卡不能再“刷卡”了。据建行北京分行相关负责人表示,市民办理换卡只需要带着身份证和原卡来银行办理,目前多数银行免收换“芯”费,如果想保留原有卡号,可在办理时向银行申请,而开卡时间较早的磁条卡换成芯片卡,卡号无法保留。
